BrushBoarding Boosts Kids’ Mental and Physical Health

BrushBoarding, a fun mix of active entertainment that was inspired by the cool sport
of surfing and its helping kids stay healthy and happy by getting them off their tech
devices.

This exciting activity is having a huge positive impact on all riders at Adrenalin Rush,
an activity center in CT, USA. It improves balance, coordination, and fitness while
being a blast for riders of all ages.

BrushBoarding isn’t just about physical health; it also helps riders of all ages feel
better mentally by reducing stress and building confidence, which is rare in most
recent family entertainment centers.

It’s a great way for people of all ages and abilities to step out of their comfort zones
and try something new. Plus, it’s a shared experience – parents and groups of
friends are joining in the fun too, with a touch of competitiveness!
“We love seeing the positive impact BrushBoarding has on the community in East
Haven. This safe, fun experience is somewhat scary for the first time but is nearly
100% achievable no matter the age or skill.

It’s about more than just fitness; it’s about feeling good and achieving something,” said Kyle Dent, creator of BrushBoarding.
